OK. There are several issues that could be going on with your situation. Without trying to offend you, I will attempt to point out a few.

1. Do you have an HD compatible box? I highly recommend a DVR through Comcast. They do have just HD boxes that you can get...but I really do recommend the convenience of a DVR. This is what I have and its a B-E-A-Utiful thing.

2. Are you using the correct cables? Minimally, you would require component cables to view anything in HD. (There are others that are better, such as HDMI, but this is what you would need at least). This seperates the audio into 2 wires and the video into 3 wires that are color coded for ease in installation.

3. Are you tuned into an HD program? Comcast only offers like 12 channels right now in HD...and some of the premium channels too I believe.

4. Are you sure that your TV settings are correct? Sometimes the tv doesnt automatically go to the HD settings when you switch to an HD channel. There should be a menu available on your tv that you can check. That is where you would find your 1080i selection.

If all the answers to these questions are yes, and you are still having problems viewing your fantasic HD programming, then I would call Comcast. They are there to help you and are always friendly. They have folks there that are trained to troubleshoot all aspects of your cable-viewing pleasure. Hope this helps!!

True. I was at the game and the atmosphere was unexplainable. I'm also a United fan but I went to the game because I knew it would be a good game. The look on Capello's face when Keane got that cracker and Berbaov nearly won it for the Spurs. 2 excellent hearders and Woodgate strikes again.
