Yes there are ringtones like that. It's because the ringtone pitch is so high, and when your hearing decreases as you get older, so that's why they say only young ppl can hear it, though I highly doubt that it's guaranteed that an older person wouldn't hear it. I don't have a cell, so I'm not sure where you can get the tone at. I've seen a commercial on TV for it, can't remember the company, though. Just do a search on 'silent ringtone' and see what you come up with.

It would work, although age is dependent you cant say for sure that someone over thirty couldnt hear it. Im pretty sure you cant get them unless you can hook up your phone to your PC.
