How to proceed with a girl who is shy and nervous?

I like a girl and I believe she likes me. We've hung out several times, gotten dinner/lunch together, gone to town for nice dinner and a play. Anyway she's only been kissed once (I'm in college as is she). I know shes a nervous and shy girl. So after the last date she leaned in for a kiss on the cheek thanked me and all, then called me later to thank me and suggested we get lunch or coffee this week. Anyway, how do I know when its right to kiss her? Any other tips?

Take your time she sounds like a sweet one, don't push her let her let you know when.

When the time is right and you both are feeling it, touch her on the side of her face gently....if she does not move her head, then she is ready. By doing this, you are guiding her and she will not be so nervous. Never ask her for a kiss. It takes away all the excitement away. Remember, she could have been fantasizing about this moment, so just take your time.

I'm extremely shy and way nervous... Personally, I just want a guy to make all the first moves. Don't be pawing at her and mauling her, lol, just take it slow and kiss her when you feel that the time is right...
Just because she doesn't express it, doesn't mean that she doesn't want you to take the lead!
I had a guy once, that I wanted to kiss... I just waited and waited for him to make a move, and he never did... so, nothing happened.

normally i'd say just go for it, but since she is shy try asking her. ask her if it would be ok if u kissed her and see what she says
