me and my family are going to, maybe, be taking a trip to cedar point. if we went to cedar point then we'd have to do something with our 3 dogs. and we wouldnt be able to afford bording them up. and i already know how im gunna keep them. we would most likely put like a tarp up over the porch and then put like dog beds outside and give them plenty of water and all that.. the only problem is the feeding. they eat 2 times a day and if we were gone no body would be able to feed them. so i was wondering if any of you guys had any ideas on how they could get fed??

They make dog feeders you will need 2.How long are you going to be away.Dogs can get into a lot of trouble in a short time.A dog really only needs once a day after they are adults.Puppy's need food all the time.Are you sure you cant get someone over once a day to feed and check on them like I said they can get in trouble real fast.If that is what you are going to do buy feeders and get 2 that will keep fights down,put one on each side of the porch.Have a great time.

There are pet sitting services that can come to your home once or more times per day to feed, water, and otherwise entertain your dogs. Check with people in any organizations to which you belong and see if they could come by, or check with a neighbor to see if they can keep an eye on things and feed them.

why not hire a pet sitter to come and stay @ the house. that way they can stay inside like they usually do and don't have to worry about bad weather, or dogs getting out. but otherwise, they have feeders w/ timers. so that you can fill them and they only get so much @ a time. I grew up out in the country and always had neighbor kids wanting to make $10 bucks or so for feeding the dog and letting hiim out.

hire a pet sitter that will come to your home a couple of times a day and take care of your pets cause if you leave them unattended and a neighbor happens to get noisy then the animal control will take your dogs away and you will be charged with abandoning the animal. good luck and god bless and happy holidays.

You need to talk to a neighbor and let someone know , anything can happen and they need to be supervised. Maybe you can get a teenage neighbor and give him a few bucks, or talk to your vet and see if he has any solutions

You could put a ad in your local newspaper, there are people who would be able to help. Be sure to get references.
