im a teenager who is pretty lean for my age. and i have being working out around 2 month ago. but i have just recently stopped to get fatty. Is this good? or should i keep on working out? And also. does musclese contract/shrink before expanding or it just stays the same?

Working out in moderation is good for your overall health. You want to build muscle not fat. Obesity is an epidemic in the United States. You will find that as you age, your metabolism will slow down. And as you mature, you will also fill out. Keep working out.

keep up the good excercise. it will help you tone yourself and you'll be might still be skinny but have nice toned arms, abs, etc...
i think you'll be alright. if you do get concerned just ask someone who does work out as well, a health teacher, or pop in on the doc and have a chat.

everybody in the world should work out, but if youre really skinny, try less weight losing things like running ten miles a day. and you could eat more to counteract the working out
