Should i delete the files the registry cleaner detected.Would it make my computer better or worst.

I would make a back up of those files first if you could. Then save that to your my documents folder. I don't know what you are using. But if you want something just to get rid of the junk from un-installing programs, I use this program. It will also ask me if it should make a copy of what it deletes. I also use it to erase cookies and browser history and such. And it is free.

CC Cleaner is the best one out there from what I've heard. If you have a registry that's full of old entries, a cleaning might speed things up a little bit.

If its from a registry cleaner than yeah it will make it better.

Depends on the files. id say yer it will give you a lil more disk space but do you really need it? if you arnt short its not really worth it.
