he might be intrested.. but don't read too much into it.. Play it cool and talk with him. Its the only way you will find out his motives for writting more in your card and etc.

I think someone likes you! Try not to go beyond the professional level, if you are happy with your job and plan to stay employed. Employers have a good reason for fraternization rules, all is fair in love and war. I was involved with three women in a place I worked at, at different times. The best advice is DON'T MESS WITH THE HELP! It can place you and your partner(s) in awkward situations, and nothing rarely good becomes of it. I ended up leaving on good terms from that job, however the boss would never hire me back if I wished. In the mean time I find a little flirting can improve the environment, and helps produce a sort of team effort, when done in good taste. I have a friend relationship with one girl still today, and we help each other professionally, frequently even though we now are employed at different places.

Than maybe he has feelings for you, but just to make sure get him alone and ask him out on a date, that way if he says no it won't hurt as much, and so he doesn't front if one off the guys come along.
