thats fine!
Theres nothing wrong with consuming the amount of calories that you do. but! heres the CATCH!
whats your diet like? How many servings of fruits, vegetables and whole grains d'you eat? How much water do you drink?
Having a low calorie diet isn't bad at all. what one eats is usualy where the problem lies. So there are some tip for you:
#1 Avoid sugars and processed foods. ( this will only increase
your glycemic level and increase your risk of developing type
2 diabetes in the future)
#2 Eat 4 -5 servings of fruits ( emphasis on citrus and berries)
and vegetables. ( garden salads and peas)
#3 Drink at least 8 cups of water every day ( a cup of water is
250ml)
#4 When eating breads, pasta, rice.... heck! anything made with
grains... only eat whole grains.
DON'T FORGET YOUR MULTIVITAMINS!!!!
Good luck

Eating around 700 for a few days is enough to tell your body that it's starving & it is counter-productive to a diet since in this mode the body becomes more fuel efficient--that is it conserves what it can & slows down the metablolism causing weight loss to slow. Then when you eat more cals, it imediately stores what it can as fat in casae you "starve" again. Take multivits & mineral daily, and eat no less that 900 (?) (not sure on that #) you'll need an amino-acid & protein supplement too on low cal diets.

Yes, it's very bad for your health. At low caloric intake, your body thinks it is in starvation mode. As such, your metabolism will start to slow down. Average adults should eat anywhere from 1500-3000 calories a day depending on height, weight and exercise. You should consult your physician.

Well for one thing it would depend upon your age and body frame. But generally speaking your body needs a minimum of about 1200 calories per day. If you are very young and still growing you need more, also if you are physically active you'll need more. If you get full very easily maybe try eating foods that pack alot of nutrients in a smaller amount, like regular yogurt, peanut butter, nuts, meats, etc.

Yes it is bad for you. Women generally need no less than 1200 calories a day to maintain normal body function, after that, your body goes into starvation mode and you may actually start gaining weight.

from a darwininian perspective it is actually better since you would be eating less and needing less for survival. but everything would be dependent upon you, the most important thing is you are eating what your body needs, the human body is a self sustaining and self adapting system that means it will try to adapt to whatever you want it to adapt to that means you might be at the level that your needs are sustained even from that scant amount of energy you ingest actually it doesnt matter as long as you are at your equilibrium and no bodily process/task/activities of daily living is compromised. so just drop the numbers who cares if you only get 700cal as long as it is enough for you..

Your body will imagine this is ravenous (that is) and could commence conserving on to the burden. you gained't lose. you're a lot more advantageous suited off eating 1200-1500 energy an afternoon. i do not care what number nutrients you're eating an afternoon. once you're in elementary words eating seven hundred energy, that is amazingly undesirable.

That's very unhealthy. Sooner or later, your going to go on an eating binge because your body is going into starvation mode. You should eat 5 to 6 SMALL meals rather than 1 or 2 meals.

If you truly have a healthy weight and you are truly full then yes, it is not healthy. LOL This is a problem and you should see a doctor that is involved with a lot of nutrition.

Its really sad to see all of these people telling you that your eating habits are bad for you without knowing anything about your body: check your bmi index on msn.com if your about 5'2, 100 lbs that is normal. it just depends on your body size and type (endomorph, mesomorpoh, etc...)
