Simply put YES. Everything cost money to do or go to. A walk in the park you get thirsty. If you bring something from home you have to buy it to have it in the first place. No matter what you think of or hear there is a cost somewhere along the line.

To an extent,
1st its love/family
2nd communication
3rd dedication
4trust/honesty
5work
6money

i think thats where money would go,
to be able to be stable in this life you have to work
to get a good job you need an education,
to start a new life/family
and live with someone you have to be stable
and produce enough income to support you.

in a relationship it is the income of both people put together
its a two person job.

so i think it is but there are things more crucial than money

While money is crucial to survive and provide in this world I would say yes in a matter of speaking. You must be able to provide for yourself as well your family. How much money all depends on your expenses and how your living. Relationships tend to get rocky when their are money issues. Men tend to have a need to secure, and women tend to have a need for security.

No, but shared values on how money is handled and how much is comfortable IS.

Sadly enough, money can make or break a relationship--maybe not in the beginning, but definitely over time. A good way of assessing compatibility is to make sure that you synch with your partner on: 1) How much is enough, and what kind of status of living do you hope to achieve? 2) Who is expected to be the breadwinner, and is it okay if it flips? 3) How is the money handled? How responsible is enough?

I prefer to date people who have money but it's no big deal if you are not rich or anything plus there are tonsof things you can do for dates that don't require money.

It depends on the values of your partner. I would beware of one who places too much value on it.
