Why are you doing the crime anyway? You know, people work hard for their stuff. They don't need some little punk stealing it. You'll understand when you get a job, that is if you're not behind bars... cuz that path you're taking is not a good one, and I'm glad you got caught. You ain't slick.
Anyway, you'll probably just get probation unless the judge wants to teach you a lesson... cuz some judges will.

Your first error was committing the crimes. Your second one is assuming that Probation is a 'light punishment'. While on probation, you have a lot of responsibility. Your probation can be revoked, putting you in juvenile detention for the duration of your probation or just a few days of it. Reasons that your probation can be revoked are numerous. I've seen people on probation get revoked for something as little as driving with out a valid license and crossing a street outside of a crosswalk (jay walking). Any contact you have with police MUST be reported to your probation officer ASAP. If the P.O. finds out you had contact with police before you tell them, guess what... yep revoked. If you're 'hanging' with the wrong crowd, expect to be revoked a lot.
As for the "odds" of getting probation vs remanded, all depends on the wizard (judge), the jurisdiction you're in and the facts in the case, i.e. how much you took, if there were weapons involved, if there were drugs involved etc. etc. etc.
Good Luck, you're going to need it....

well depending on the laws in ur state the odds are good because if u have no previous criminal charges u will most likely get probation i had a friend who was in the same situation in maine.
but even if u have no criminal record if u have had run ins with the law or the cops that may be brought up in court as well
but dont take it as a slap on the wrist or that u got away with it u are a young kid and the last thin u wanna do is mess up ur life my friend took it lightly now he is in prison for 10 yrs cause he though well i got away with it once he tried it again this time he wasnt so fortunate

I don't know what the odds are , what I do know is one must think very seriously about your future, at fifteen your life is just starting why mess it up by doing jail time ,please put as much time into doing the right thing for yourself , A good start would be change your thinking and what you dwell on, if need be change your friends...your future is up to you .........Jail or no jail...you decide. ...
After thought ...I have never seen a Happy felon they all have sad stories to tell....

enable the ladies father have ten minutes with him tied to a chair and the father with a pair of plyers. I doubt the filthy unlawful perve might attempt to rape a newborn returned, in actuality I doubt he'd be waiting to rape a newborn returned if the plyers have been used correct. newborn molesters could be hung the different way up by using their bollocks, then decrease down. and that i don't mean by using slicing the rope.

You'd probably get at least a 90 day vacation at some juvenile placement. 1 Attempt they might let go with a fine, but if you tried twice it proves to them that you need rehabilitated.

You will probably go to juvi in Arizona or somewhere like that to learn a lesson that you shouldn't steal.
