It sounds like you may not be too happy with the results that you are getting to certain ab areas. I do variations. 200 regular crunches, 100 with legs at a 90 degree angle with ankles crossed and I reach for my toes with the right hand going to the left toe and vice versa, 50 with feet raised about 3 inches off the ground, 25 on a chin up bar by just raising your legs to a 90 degree angle. Good luck.

Rest on an incline board or flat on the floor with knees up, feet flat on the floor. For ease, place your toes under a sofa edge.

As you rise each time, variate your torso to one side then the other, keeping your hands clasped to the back of your head, your arms and elbows straight out to the side. Bringing your elbows inside make the crunches easier to do and that is not the Airborne way.

My Gym instructor demonstrated a new type of crunch for me.

Simple way to explain it : If you do these crunches at home...you lay on the floor flat on your back , with your butt against the sofa, your legs are held a few inches above the sofa not resting on the sofa.

Now clasp your fingers against your chest and lift your-shoulders off the floor only four inches. you will immediately feel the burn across your abs...don't let your heels touch the sofa.. It took me a few weeks to get used to the pain..this exercise works!

.good luck! I am very motivated to get a 6-pack and at my age this is a tough goal...
