Call him, you may want to find another bf who actually knows how to treat a woman. A man who says something and doesn't do it isn't living up to the conventional definition of a man.

IF you gotta? and I'm sure you gotta...lol...try a text msg. ( I'm assuming you have a cell phone ) tell him your going to the Mall or something ( be creative ) like your NOT really calling but just to INFORM him...I know it's sneaky...but hey...alls fair in love and war.

if a long time why not call him
