A good response to your question would depend on what kind of fox you're talking about. I know of a breed that looks strikingly similar to an Artic fox, but a red fox would be a different story. The breed that looks like an Aritc Fox is the American Eskimo, and they come in three sizes, Toy, Miniature, and Standard. Another similar looking dog is the Japanese Spitz, but they're not quite as fluffy.

I saw the dog on tv, it's a new breed like 3 yrs old , grey? I sooo fell in love with it and I want one too. I tried to find out what is was but no luck. I look at dog breed websites but nonthing! The breed came from europe, was it fineland? I know what you're talking about look just like a wild fox but it's grey with a long fluffy tail, face looks the same too.

a lot of answers seem to go with Pomeranian, im not sure that is the one you are thinking of as pomeranians are a very small breed, they do have fox like faces but the Sheba inu is more likely to be the one you mean...good luck in your search

My wife Gloria looks like a cross between a dog, a fox and a duck. She isn't cute though. I hope that helps.

What about a Welsh Corgi? They have the pointed face, bushy fur/ tail, & short legs. Very cool & smart critters as well.

Check out tera_duke and chetco's answer: "shiba inu." I believe that's the breed you want, and they are *very* sweet dogs. A friend of mine has one and named her "Foxy" for obvious reasons.
