i know you can get them but dont know how ' its to go on the ceiling so it looks like your looking at the stars

hob-lob or michaels. or paint the cieling flat black and use glow in the dark paint to paint the stars (crayola makes such a product, and there are others sold in hob-lob, wal-mart, etc.)

paint your ceiling black and paint your own stars then it will be unique
