It would be a little unusual but not impossible for you to grow some more at your age. Unfortunately your height is pretty much determined by your genetics. If you parents and grandparents are short you probably will be too.
It is possible to find you whether you will grow anymore. An xray can be done to see if you epiphysis have seal yet (the part of your bones that grow), If not you may get a little taller.
Milk will not make you taller, but is an excellent source of protein and calcium. Calcium helps with bone density (strong bones), but won't make you grow anymore.

From what I've heard, girls stop growing between 13-18, although it would not be unheard of for someone to get a late growth spurt. Drinking milk will probably not help you get taller, but it is good for your bones. If you find out any secrets let me know, I'm 5' even at 20...and my mom is 5'7 and Dad is 6'2. Its lonely down here :-)

Girls usually stop growing by the time they are nineteen. Drinking milk will not help you grow taller, it will just help your calcium level and help your bones not to be so brittle. How tall you are is all in your genetic make-up.

"Normal growth stops when the growing ends of the bones fuse. This usually occurs between the ages of 13 and 15 for girls, and 14 and 17 for boys."

Drinking milk will not help. Some yogic Asan like Tadasan may help. Please keep on trying by doing some more suitable exercises. However there is little possibility for increasing height after this age.
