Who normally wears a t-shirt (not a girly one..just a regular t-shirt) and jeans almost every day...
What do people normally think about a girl who's like that?

perception has nothing to do with wieght...its all about presentation...present ursef nicely...dress up sometimes we all kno beauty is in the inside but what does everyone see? outer presentation first impressions...look good forurself bc YOU need that confidence. if u think ur beautiful nobody can make u feel otherwise. also just to be on the healthy side try to get involved in some form of fitness...at this wieght ur on the brink of risking heart problems....eat healthy and thats all it takes if u really follow it to lose a little wieght....but remmber its all about presentation if ur self conscious i totally understand that it is an agreed to fact that beauty is in the inside and u look good for urself-i strongly believe it too but it is human nature to be jugdgmental

It is hard to say without a picture. People can imagine what that girl would look like, the way you say it you make this girl sound ugly, but I am almost the same way and I don't consider myself ugly. Anyway it doesn't matter what others think, it is how you feel about yourself!

Why should physical stats matter? If you have a good personality, and are not stuck up or extremely grouchy, you should be perceived as a nice person.
On the other hand, superficial people may view you has "chubby." Nuff said.

You need to try to look pretty (not body wise,clothes & make up wise.) Jeans are okay cuz it's cold outside,but in the spring & summer u should wear skirts,or shorts. Good Luck~!

Well i dont really like to judge people but if i seen someone like that id just think its someone that either doesnt have the time to dress up or someone that dont have enough self confidence.
