If some one 18 and over has sex with a minor (your daughter is a minor) Its called rape. He can go to jail. Be the mom you know you need to be and pick up the phone and dail 911. confort your daughter. Your daughter might not like it now but she will thank you later for calling the police. You need to confort your daughter. Let her have birth and either imbrace the baby or give her up for adoption. there are hundreds of couples who want to adopt baecause they can't have a baby of there own. What ever you do dont et her have an abortion unless you want her (and you) to bare the grief of killing a baby.

The poor child. The first thing you should do is turn him to the authorities and get your child to see a counselor. I know this is tearing her apart and you too. They will help her make a decision as to whether she should terminate the pregnancy or give it up for adoption. If you are married to him, leave him. He does not deserve to be around your children or any children at all. It will take some time, but with the help of the counselors, I hope your daughter will realize that it was not her fault and she is not guility of anything. Find a more creative way to use your imagination. In the question right before this one, you stated you had two kids, one 3 yr. old and one 9 month old and you caught your soon to be husband kissing another girl. Unless he quit seeing the other girl and adopted a teen within the last ten minutes and then started sleeping with your teen that you just adopted, I don't believe you.

I would go to the police.
thats insest or however you spell it
and its rape! you need to put him in jail.
You never know if he's done it anybody else.
and ask her what she wants to do with the baby.
If she wants to keep it, then let her.
If she wants to give it up for adoption then let her.
Im pro-life so i dont want to say let her give an abortion. there are alot of nice couples that would love to have her baby.
but dont make her do anything she doesn't want to do. thats the first thing cause then its just going to confuse her even more.
But you really need to tell the police. get a restraining order on him. never let him see her again. cause if he does it once he'll probably do it again.

First report the whole situation to a minister or counselor right away--talk to some one and go from there...and an arrest of her dad will be eminent .Just remember it is your daughter who is paying for this....and it will affect her rest of her life.

if this is an attempt for attention and not true then you need to get a mental evaluation. otherwise if this is real you need to contact the authorities and have him arrested for rape, incest, & assault of a minor. I believe in certain situations abortion is an option; such as this one, have them do a dna test on the fetus for prosecution then talk to her about having an abortion.
