Get UnRarX from http://unrarx.sourceforge.net/. Use it to open the .rar file. Click the extract button and it will take a while to extract the DVD. Once it is done, you should be left with a new file that ends in .iso. Open "Disk Utility" (can be found in /Applications/Utilities). Open the iso file in Disk Utility, and click burn.

If the file that was created after you extracted the .rar was not a .iso, add more details to the question, and tell us what kind of file was produced by UnRarX. It will have slightly different steps to burn it.

You need to get rid of that .rar extension :)

get a copy of this free software called WinRAR
from
http://www.rarlabs.com
Choose your Operating System from the downloads section. Install this program. Then use this program to kinda "unzip" the dvd.rar file.

After you use this program on the dvd.rar file you should have another file with the same name but without the .rar after it (it will say something else) you now need to burn this file like an image.

That should do it. Hope this much info was helpful or you can PM me.
