Well the best site which will give all the information you need is www.cic.gc.ca , and you can go under a refugee program if you are from Gaza and the canadian embassy which could help you is in Egypt because it serves the people from gaza
And I don't recommend to go to a lawyer because they will take alot of money and at the end everyone is treated equally from CIC
Well good luck but note that it takes alot of time and better to start from now

Go to the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website www.cic.gc.ca for information on Canadian immigration. I don't know who could sponsor you, but if Canada is currently taking refugees from your part of the world, the nearest Canadian embassy or consulate would be able to give you information. The idea of talking with a reputable immigration consultant isn't a bad idea as long as they have a proven track record of really helping people to Canada. Be very careful if they want a lot of money from you. I wish you all the best.

Talk to a immigration officer ,consulate in your country, and figure it out from there they can help you out, But if you wish to become a citizen of Canada please leave your political thoughts, religion, and language at the border live our way, we have enough people here that want to change ever thing to suit them, and we have to change our laws for them.....

You'll have to talk to someone at the Canadian Consulate in your country. You need to have a valid reason to migrate to Canada. They can handle all your questions there.

You need to get enough qualifying points in the application process. It's tough!
