yes it can. I am a mother of 3 and i was horribly sick, i suffered from a condition called hyperamisis. This is when you throw up every 5 mins 24hrs a day, for 6 mths. You are lucky to just be feeling nauses. Yes if you are only seven weeks and are going to have a text book pregnancy then it should get worse but then start to subside around 12 week,, try ginger tablets or ginger tea, ginger has amazing healing powers for feeling sick

Im now 27 weeks and still have some pretty bad morning sickness. It was quite frequent up until around 24 weeks when it started to subside somewhat .. I had alot of trouble with car travel, sometimes being sick 3 and 4 times on a 45 minute journey. It can be horrible. Some people are lucky, they dont get it at all .. my mother tells me this is her revenge for being sick with me though ha ha ..

Well alot of times morning sickness doesn't start til about the 7th week. So yes it can get worse. But usually by week 12 it will have subsided. I know that can sound like its far off when your not felling good! but crackers and ginger ale can help. also several small meals a day. peanut butter helps also. Good luck with your pregnancy!

yes, mine got worse. At first I only had it once a day for about 2 weeks, after that I had it all through out the day, every time I ate. It only lasted for about 3 or 4 months though. Just eat crackers or toast. should help for you since your only nauseous and not actually throwing up

Yup...I started getting slightly nauseated around my sixth week and it became increasingly bad until about my 13th week...I'm now 22 weeks and only have occasional bouts with it. Most women tend to move away from the morning sickness after the beginning of the second trimester. However, several are sick throughout their whole pregnancy. Hopefully that won't be your case.
Good luck and congratulations!

although morning sickness usually goes away after the first trimester, some unlucky women experience it through their entire pregnancy. it is possible to develop morning sickness at any time. ginger tea in a natural way to soothe a woozy stomache; just make sure you use honey or sugar or something in it because it is pretty gross by itself, but it does work! if your nausea gets really severe, your doc can prescribe medication. also, if you're not already, take your prenaatal vitamin at night before you go to bed because it can make some women nauseous. if your asleep you won't know that youu're sick to your stomach!

Yes it is called morning sickness but it can happen throughout the day. I myself used to get sick after making supper and before sitting down to eat but after that I was fine. Saltine crackers, keep some at your bedside and eat some before you sit up in the morning. Good luck with your pregnancy. Happy Holidays.

Yes it can become worse...
Things like dry toast, crackers before getting up can help (even in the middle of the day).
Real gingerail not Canada dry or stuff like that because it doesn't contain ginger. Reids is a good brand that has ginger.
Celery.

My wife had the sickness to the point of bed rest. We found these terrific things called "Preggie Pops" and they took the morning sickness away. You should find these. Look for them at any maternity store.
