It's impossible to get God rental history unless you either have the Cloak of the Gods +3 or the Bracer of Godliness +2. In any case, there's a -3 THACO penalty.
But seriously, to get good rental history you simply have to make good rental payments for 6 months to 1 year. In the interim, you'll have to pay deposits in full.

It isn`t because you have a bad renter`s history that you need to clear. It is because you have been turned in to the credit bureau for non-payment. Your credit history has been affected. This can take years to correct.
Steve is right about it taking as long a ten years to completely wipe it off of your history. If you do not pay your bills in the future, chances are you will be reported to the credit bureau, and it will add more time on.

Seven years. After seven years it shouldn't appear in your credit history. Any other service should likewise not store it after seven years. They really look at your credit history not rental history.

Ten years. If you have anything on your credit record with the major credit bureaus, they will have it for 10 years. After that, things start to expire.
