Here is a very simple example of evolution in our current society. Sickle Cell Anemia occurs a lot in Africa, why because those who have it cannot be infected with malera. There is a gene mutation that allows those with Sickle Cell Anemia to live 'normal' lives. Because of evolution those with out the gene mutatiuon have been killed off, so those with the mutation will pass this to their children, and so forth.

Ok let me add a non human evolution proof. In the UK c.1700 white moths out numbered the black by 9 to 1. Then came the smog etc... Guess what the birds could suddenly see the white moths. Guess who got eaten. c. 1900 the black out numbered the white 9 to 1 this proves evolution through natural selection. Give me my 250,000!

In order to keep fully informed about ALL the scientific facts, I have extensively studied evolution science AND creation science. I believe God is our Creator, but that doesn't keep me from studying evolution, because for every scientific evidence that comes up that seems to support evolution,it can be better explained by creation.
If you don't educate yourself on both sides of the issue, how can you be sure you are really learning all the facts instead of letting yourself be indoctrinated?
Concerning Sickle Cell Anemia and mutation, I suggest you read Scientific Creationism by Henry Morris. In this book, just about every question you may have will be answered in scientific terms, and may I add, more plausible explanations than evolution can give.

I have no problem believing God allowed evolution to develop Sickle Cell Anemia to protect inhabitants from Malaria. I realize other Christians reject evolution on the grounds that evolution is too random and doesn't require God to act, but if God can "rest" from his creation (as He did on Day 7), doesn't that imply He doesn't always explicitly "act"? What is His creation going to do in the meantime? Evolve, according to its design! As scripture says, God uses all things for good, even Sickle Cell Anemia, even evolution.

they're mutually unique via layout. modern-day creationism is definitely plenty youthful than evolution. creation "technological expertise" did not fairly start till the 1960's as a right away reaction to evolution being taught in faculties (which replaced into itself a reaction to Kennedy's objective of putting a guy on the moon, the U. S. poured extra into technological expertise education). creation technological expertise rejects evolution via layout, that's what it replaced into invented for. besides the undeniable fact that I totally anticipate you to be waiting to have faith the two on an identical time, i'm beginning to word a vogue of Christians who can concurrently settle for 2 mutually unique propositions. Evolution is real. Evolution isn't real. The Earth is old. The Earth is youthful. I see an increasing style of Christians who look to have stepped forward a type of countless character illness and might concurrently have faith the two and not see a contradiction. i'm basically waiting on a Christian telling me 2+2 might desire to equivalent 4 and 5 on an identical time.

For those of you who expect to see a monkey turn into a man within your lifetime, you have to take the long term view. Most evolution takes place in times when the pressure is greater, but even then it is a process that takes MILLIONS of years to make any real noticeable differance. Even selection of sheep etc. by humans, which speeds up this process hugely, takes hundreds of years. When, in the bible, it is said that god will seperate 'the sheeps from the goats'. Pretty simple, no? When the bible was written, it was almost impossible to tell the two apart.

The problem is, there is a loss of genetic information. While some mutations may offer a benefit, they have sickle cell anemia. That isn't something you should hope for. Yes, there is that slight benefit of not getting malaria, but it isn't actually very beneficial. Besides, the mutation destroys information, evolution needs mutations to produce it. Thousands of them, and they aren't there.

Not one educated Creationist believes that no form of evolution did not occur. Most don't believe that we evolved from a monkey! Darwin's Theory of evolution is just that a theory and has been proven false. You, my friend are discussing micro/macro mutations.

There is a link to a website on http:www.raycomfort.com, that will REWARD anyone $250,000.00 dollars if they can prove Darwin's theory of evolution to be true and accurate!. Link to Dr.Kent Hovind.

According to Cultural Anthropologists, everbody came from Africa and then dispersed. Diet and environment sometimes makes changes to skin color, hair texture etc...some cells lay dormant in others.

Creationism is wishful thinking, with no basis in any sort of fact. It is total fiction.

Evolution is a fact. It is as much a fact as gravity. The theory of how evolution works is still in development, but it is a fact nonetheless.

Those who do not accept evolution as fact have not studied it or do not understand it.

Okay, but how many times do you have to breed humans before they give birth to something that is not a human?

Yes, I've studied evolution. I missed exactly one question on the science portion of the ACT. Evolution takes MORE faith to believe than creation.

thats evolution? sounds like a disease to me, if you have the one you cant get the other

if somebody blows off your head...no more sinus problems

i thought evolution was like one species changing into another such as apes to men

you dont believe that do you?

no serious scientists do any more

too much evidence to the contrary
