What kind of seasonings should I put on KC strip steaks before grilling them?

* 4 tablespoons salt
* 2 tablespoons paprika
* 1 tablespoon black pepper, coarsely ground
* 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
* 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
* 1/2 teaspoon coriander
* 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

I used to season my steaks with a variety of seasonings from my cabinet. Then a friend told me about McKormicks "Steak Seasoning". It's got a good mixtures of flavors and everything is coarsly ground and that really compliments steak. I don't use anything else now.

My standbys are salt (ground kosher or sea salt), pepper, garlic powder (NOT garlic salt) and onion powder.
