Yes, to me it was better. Back in 1976 when I graduated from my high school, everyone was crying of sadness, because they didn't really want to move one. They wanted to be eternally in high school. I was one of the few that was happy everything was over. I never fit in any group because I was different. When I went to college everything seemed to fit in place for me. I was in a place were i belonged and felt welcomed. my college yrs were wonderful. I remember them fondly, very different from my high school yrs.

For me, life AFTER high school was THE BEST! I got a great job, moved into my own duplex, had my own car, had lots of new friends and traveled a lot! Now, many years later I'm still working, and have gone back to school to get a degree as I've worked way too long and without the degree I will never make the money I should be making by now!

PS...I couldn't stand the way they acted in high school either. I tell my employees now when I interview them that I've been to high school and I'm not going back! I have the best team I've ever had! Glad to hear that you will be going to college as well!

Best of luck to you!!

High school is over-rated from a social standpoint... filled with nothing but silly games...because of jealousy mostly. And while college is better...it still falls into social acceptance issues. Personally life has only become tolerable since I became 35.... The bad stuff is behind me now.

College is a lot of fun. It certainly got better for me after high school. Don't get me wrong, high school was fun for me but college was way more fun since there is a huge element of freedom added to the mix!

in some aspects you could say life after high school gets better, but overrall it's the same. the same people, the same types of people atleast, and the same pressures. When you leave high school you'll be more matured and will have a better way of handling the people and pressures. good luck with high school you'll need it. !

I think the best time in life is when your a kid (not in school) and when your retired. I think the second (equally important) best time would be when you have a family (husband/wife and/or kids)
Plus, after high school you have to go to college, then you get a job, which are all responsibilities. Also, i need advice so click my name (~sk83r_chik) and answer my question. (PPLLEEAASSEE!!)

There are numerous events responsible. This u . s . focuses very almost solely on making waiting babies for college, yet not all prefer to (or are waiting to) pass directly to college. area of the subject is that we don't have sufficient techniques for people who are not college-certain--we choose greater vocational guidance techniques. So, the equipment is responsible. a number of that's scholars who see the guidance that they are receiving as valueless. i've got considered data that declare that maximum scholars who drop out have been passing in the previous falling by the wayside; that they only felt they weren't studying sufficient and faculty became right into a waste of their time. that's blamed on faculties that coach very almost solely in direction of state tests, faculties with low standards, faculties that discourage attractiveness for those doing properly, faculties that reward scholars with good grades for little greater suitable than warming a seat. So the universities, directors and instructors are responsible. some scholars have grown up with moms and dads who on no account carry them responsible for their strikes. So, they don't prefer to stay with regulations and get mad at all of us else while issues do not pass properly because of the fact of it. So, moms and dads and scholars are responsible. Years in the past, I labored in a school the place scholars have been properly-behaved and doing properly in math and social study instructions. In English type, the scholars have been out of control and studying little. while the social study instructor asked the scholars what made the version, they mentioned that the English instructor did not require them to act, that she did not seem to intend business enterprise and tried to be their chum somewhat, that she did not act like she became into in fee and assume them to do their terrific. A instructor can not coach properly if there is not discipline interior the college room, and on the instant's society makes it very perplexing for a instructor to maintain discipline; our lawsuit-pushed society has placed too lots concern at college directors and instructors and too lots skill interior the palms of the scholars. So, that's the fault of the legal experts and people who sue too genuinely.

Life outside of highschool is WAY different. And if you don't like highschool you might find going away to university difficult.
