I dont think it has ever been unacceptable. Me and my mom laugh about me re wrapping presents as a kid. If I lived close to my mom I would snoop.. Or open them if they were already under the tree. Why is this questions in "Pets-Dogs"?? Oh well. We are all curious by nature. Do you feel wrong by snooping?? I dont!

Snooping ruins Christmas for the people buying the gifts you big Christmas-ruiner. Someone asked me to give them a hint a couple of years ago and I said 'no'. They kept bugging me so I just told them what I got them and said, "There, is that a good enough hint?" They haven't bugged me about it again. (-:

I dont think it really matters. Some people are still like kids when they get older like playin pc games and still wanting stockings (not sayin that my 20 year old brother does that, lol)
