One good way is to test them both. The foundation (how it was founded), the teachings, the prophecy or claim in each others book. With these you'll learn which is telling the truth. I found the the Bible is far more truthful than Koran. In Koran it was mentioned there that Allah made the Israelites, like apes going from one place to another without a homeland to settle as punishment. This was believed to be true for almost 2000 years when the Hebrew people were exiled from their homeland. As you can see all the countries sorrounding Israel have accepted this belief to be true and became Islamic countries. These same countries fought Israel during the time of King David. However, in 1945 after the WW2, Israel was re-established and the Hebrew people were gathered back to their homeland as prophesized in the Bible. In the final days YHWH Elohim will gather them back (his people as His promised to Abraham) to their homeland (please read book of Isaiah's final chapters). Truly we are in the final days for now Man has a capability to destroy, annihilate all life on Earth in just few seconds. The dropping of atom bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan is the great sign that we are indeed in the last days.

This is the problem isn't it?

A man asked why a muslim would accept a non-muslims interpretation of the Qu'ran and I answered:

Islam does the same thing with the Bible, by the way. No, don't go ask the Catholic church for the answers, then what? You expect what goes around not to come around?

Twisty Twisty the truthy truthy? Who knows whats not crooked? Are you absolutely sure? Profoundly sure? Hmmm....

Well, the answer is, that if I am to accept Islam fro Muslims at face value, then perhaps Muslims should accepts Catholicism at face value?

Probably don't like that either.

Hmmm. If I accept the Islamic Traditional interpretation of the Qu'ran or Haldith, then will you accept the Traditional interpretation of the Gospels?

Even if we can show there was statistically no significant change in the Gospels, or is this kind of proof only good for the Qu'ran or Haldith.

Truth hurts, my friend, and it cuts in every direction.

Actually, the Bible is consistent with a lot of archaeological evidence. In addition, we have historical records of Jesus outside the Bible. No one has been able to refute the resurrection, they've tried, but failed. The Bible has prophesied events, such as Alexander the Great's conquest of Persia.

There's evidence of a worldwide flood in the fact that most fossils are found in sedimentary rock, which is consistent with flooding. There are also many other cultures that believe in a flood.

Stating that the Bible is without backing is foolish and ignorant of the facts.

If someone does not know God they are equal although The Qu'ran is a much later edition and changed the teachings of the earlier work therefore could not be the same God therefore one would have to be wrong. Now assuming the persons knows God then he would know his holy father and could quickly see that the Qu'ran is false. Before any scriptural argument would make sense a person would have to believe otherwise the word of God would be equal to Peter Pan huh?

The Bible contains the Word of God which is His Spirit, the Spirit of truth. What other book has prophecies come to pass.

Psalms 22 written a thousand years before the fact.

People are just being consistent with their own beliefs.

One says the Bible is the word of God.
One says the Book of Morman is the word of God
One says the Qor'an is the word of God.

What makes one true and the others false isn't based upon who is pushing it. What makes one true and the others false is in where the truth is found.

Both are trueth. Whatever the provens are changing. This moment you proof everythings is correctly, few years later, the fact is changed and the supporting provens are falsed.
The only things the reality, we know(the changed) is everlasting. The substance inside is important.
