Im 13 and theirs this girl who i think likes me but its hard to tell?

Im 13 and theirs this girl who i think likes me but its hard to tell?
when i have a class with her sometimes she bursts out laughing when i pass by and i sit across the other side of the class and when the period is almost over she comes over and stands next to me with her friend. sometimes she starts talking to me in the middle of class asking me wierd and random things. the class i have with her is communications and we read speeches in front of the whole class and when im about to start talking her and all of her friends start calling my name and start waving at me. Whenever she talks to me she talks to me in a soft voice. Why doesnt she just tell me if she likes me? I think I kind of like her too. id like to get some advise on what i should do. please i need HELP!

She's in all probability ta shy form. loads of human beings r lik tat.If u decide for 2 know ta reality ask her if u ought to speak 2 her on my own (she'll come believe me).whilst she is going wit u attempt 2 get faraway from her's and ur acquaintances so none of u experience weird and wonderful being watched.Then ask her if she does and tell her if it does it won't wreak ur friendship (if u have a million) and tat u truly wanna know ta reality. Well, i think that she does cause any girl who does that seems like she likes u but im still not exactly sure. what u have to do is keep watching what she does and if it starts to get personal then u should go up to her and ask her out if u like her and if she says yes then u know those things was to get ur attention but if she says no then she probably does that all the time to everyone. it seems to you that she does like you but shes playing hard to get. Maybe you should make the first me and go up and talk to her when she isn't with her friends or if she is only with a few or just one. It also seems she is a big flirty to lol. Make the move.
