I crushed both my hands in a nasty accident but after the operation I asked the doctor if I would be able to play the piano, and he said yes.
P.S. I couldn't play the piano before the accident.

No - It would seem as though you misled the Doctor with your question. A trick no less. Your hands may improve to the place where you could play a piano IF you were to learn the techniques of doing so.
I am sure the doctor did not know that you had absolutely NO knowledge of piano playing prior to the accident; if in fact there was an accident???

Very Funny!!! No it's not a miracle. I don't suppose you told the doctor that you couldn't play the piano before the accident. Hmmm I wonder if his answer would have been different if you had told him of your inability to tickle the ivories before the accident. I think he would have said no you wouldn't be able to play the piano but could use your hands!!!!
