If it's just fat, then diet and exercise. I suggest running two miles three times a week until you can do it in under 20 minutes, then gradually step up your mileage. Also incorporated with your running should be a calistinics routine with crunches, side-crunches, squats, heel-raises and push-ups (preferably right after your run).

Here's a cool fact, whenever trying to find a parking spot, park in the spot furthest away, the exercise in that alone is enough to scare away 8 lbs over the course of a year (also nobody will try parking next to you and ding your car, and you'll usually get in the store quicker than those guys jockying for closer spots.)

Some diet tips: Don't eat fried food or sweets. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. Only drink non-carbonated, non-caffinated beverages. Your breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day (remember to keep it healthy), whatever you do, don't skip it. Breakfast is responsible for kick starting your motabolism for the day! Get out of the three big meals a day routine. Try to get in 4 or 5 SMALL meals a day, and if you get hungery snack on some baby carrots or plain raw almonds. Also, drink lots of water, that will keep up your motabolism and curb your appitite. Don't eat anything three hours before bed. If you follow that, you'll start feeling great in a few days.

Although rewarding yourself for your hard work is encouraged by some, you'll eventually find that all the fast food, fried food and sweets you liked before will make you feel like total crap since your body is used to being healthy. Your craving for greasy or sweet foods and candy will eventually be curbed by your motivation to keep feeling great! The fast food and junk that most people eat on a day to day basis is borderline toxic for your body!

Now in conclusion, if it's not just fat, and you were grotesquely obese and you already lost a butt-load of weight, then good for you but now you may have nasty loose skin and will require surgery to remove it. But still do what I said, it's good for you regardless!

Excersising is alot helpful than surgery! My aunt had fat last week and now when we saw her the past 2 days, she's lost tons of weight! You know how? She said she was excersicing every single day. Non-stop! And it helped her lose weight. She tried and tried, and she also said that getting yourself tired in sweats means you are doing great and that you are losing weight. And it was really helpful for her! Hope this helps!

Buy the tape 8 minute abs. I used it and had great results. I need to recall the exercises again though LOL. I did loose 8 inches from my waist and my stomach went from looking 6 mos pregnant to a small pooch. I need to start again to get rid of the pooch. Also, brisk walks will help or try the treadmill if you can.

Merry Christmas

NOW, AFTER U'VE SHED SOME POUNDS DOWN DOESN'T MEAN UR 6 PACK ABDOMINAL MUSCLE GONNA SHOW....U HAVE TO DO 30 ADOMINAL CRUNCH / EACH TIME, 5 SETS PER DAY.

TRUST ME, IF IT WORKS FOR ME, IT WILL WORKS FOR U. FORGET, THOSE FANCY, NANCY GADGET DAT U'VE SEEN ON TV ADS. SOME OF THOSE PRODUCTS CLAIM DAT "IT EXECISE FOR U WHILE U EAT, SLEEP, ETC"...SOME SAID "OH IT ONLY TAKES 3 MINS/DAY, 3 DAYS/WEEK"....GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!

Remember..."if u want earn something, u have to work for it & there is no such thing is a free meal or an easy way out".

Fat belongs to the whole body. Spot reducing is a false claim. As you lose fat your basic body shape will remain as it presently is with fat being lost everywhere at once.

Swap a bowl of pasta to get a bowl of vegetables. You can save up to 200 calories by reducing the starch and adding fruit and vegetables.

Doing straight crunches or situps dont affect the sides. Do lots of side cruches while you watch TV or eat potato chips.

Exercise. Join a health club, they have a trainer on duty and they can suggest the appropriate exercises. Go on a healthy diet as well.

Be a kid once more! When eating out, order the child’s sandwich, pizza or cheese pizza. Then you can have the treats you like, while reducing your portions and lowering your calorie intake.
