with recipes that people cook on a regular basis....
not recipes for lamb and veal and stuff like that....normal everyday stuff like pork chops, chicken, fish, fajitas, etc.

Try to find cookbooks that your local community groups put together for fund raisers. They are usually good for recipes that use what is available in your area and follow what the local tastes are for families like your own.

My stand-by for non-fancy food is the Better Homes & Gardens cookbook. The one with the red and white checkerboard cover. It has everything from simple to a little fancy. Tons of everyday recipes.

u should make it this way.
a cup of water, soy sauce, and sugar. Put 1 spood of galic.
First fries the galic until it is brown and then mixe in water soy sauce and then mixe it well. Wait till the water is hot and then add in sugar and mixe it well. Then put the chicken breasts in and cook it.
that is good and easy
