The habit of placing one's reproductive organ in a chamber meant for the elimination of waste should seem repulsive.

God does love the person, not the sin. Homosexuality is considered the same as fornication, greed and adultery! Psalm 2, Romans One, Revelation 3:19, Revelation 22:13-15.

God loves you

2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

repentance is turning away from your rebellion against Gods Word

You CHOSE homosexuality (whatever you say on the outside you know down inside yourself this is true) and therefore made yourself an enemy of God

chose life

turn form your lifestyle that is at odds with the Lord and He will accept you with open arms

God does not hate you weather you are homosexual or liberal, He just hate sin. Not only the sin of homosexuality but all kind. He made every part of your body with specific purpose. When He said go and multiply, until this time no homosexual nor lesbian had reproduced yet. Do you know that your body is the temple of the Lord? so Why do you defile His temple every time you sin in His temple, your body?

I don't think God hates homosexuality or liberals.

You must understand that the scriptures was divinely inspired and were written by man.

I believe God teaches each of us spiritual truths according to our level of awareness.

When the book of Leviticus was written; Moses was leading the Israelites AFTER the exodus. The Israelites were always at war with their neighbor, and they were always needing soldiers. There is no way for a child to be born from masturbation or homosexuality.

God taught Moses at HIS level of understanding; and taught Jesus at his level of understanding, Buddha at his level of understanding, and Muhammed at his level of understanding.

I have a VERY big problem when someone wants to take ANYTHING as the LITERAL word of God.

As long as gays are concenting adults; I don't care or want to know what they do.

Only you can answer that question. Have you prayed and asked Him why? You know what is right and what is wrong. You have your own thing but still you want the same thing that you already have. Don't you think that is selfishness or greed? You know it is not right from the very beginning so why continue to do so. But if you are not doing anything you know that is against moral then I don't think He will dislike you. As long as you do what is right and what is moral based on the commandments then your belief would change.

In reality no one really knows what god loves or hates. The Bible was writen by several different men who all wrote down thier beliefs on what they thought god liked or disliked. Ignore the bible as some sort of concrete proof of what God said, it's just a bunch of stuff some guy wrote down thousands of years ago and some other guy decided to include it into the book we now know as the bible. Ignore those narrow minded people who believe every word of that book and take it as the Word of God, it's really not.

The bible (in my opinion) is a book with a bunch of stories with a lesson to be learned. Ancient lessons on love, hate, charity, and forgivness. Just live you life as best you can, be kind, generous, and forgiving and you should be ok.

Jesus commanded us to love our "neighbors" (Matthew 22:39), and I love gays just as much as any other "neighbor." So if the Bible says that unrepentant, practicing homosexuals will be excluded from heaven, then it is so.The pro-homosexual arguments cant be convincing from a Scriptural standpoint.wouldnt it be wonderful to be able to say that the Bible does not condemn homosexuality, but I would want to have strong proof of that because the stakes are immensely high. The stakes are nothing less than salvation itself (as we will see), and unfortunately we just don't see any Scriptural proof that homosexual activity is ever acceptable to God.

if you're referring to the passages in the new testament about homosexuals not entering into heaven, or the sodom and gomorrah issues...consider the culture of the time. it was very important that people breed, because infant and child mortality was very high, and life in general was tenuous. so a celibate lifestyle was discouraged, and one that precluded reproduction and was even more satisfying and fulfulling than celibacy was seen as horribly selfish, dangerous, even an assault. you know the whole rant against "self-abuse" (masturbation)? you may have heard it termed onanism. onan was a man who failed in his duty to the tribe. his brother died, leaving his wife to him-it was his obligation to lie with her, but he could not be forced to impregnate her-he "spilled his seed upon the sand." he did this because any resulting children would be considered his dead brother's, not his. supposedly, for this selfishness, God killed him. selfishness. a failure to meet one's obligation to one's clan, one's tribe, one's family. the obligation to reproduce-and with certain people in certain ways-was paramount. unfortunately, we haven't moved on from the time when we needed to put those words in God's mouth. it's just culture lag, my friend. and it never was God. that's the best i can do.

God did not create men to go with men or women to go with women. But.....God does not hate. Homosexuality is considered a sin, but God loves and forgives everyone who seeks him.

God loves everyone, that's why He sent His son to die for EVERYONE, while we were still sinners. God doesn't like mans actions (sins), but that doesn't mean he doesn't still love you and want you to change. He has a great plan for all who believe!!

Sometimes what you feel is natural isn't always what is best for you. It takes love to try and help someone, indifference makes one say "as long as you're happy."
