Fleas do not fly and they do not have wings. Fleas can however jump very high and can multiply extremely fast. More than likely what you are seeing is a small fruit fly. They also can infest a home quickly. Try to find the source, could be a bowl of fruit, a trash can, or even a potted plant. Good luck.

Fleas don't fly, they jump. If you have something that looks like little nets with wings it isn't very likely to be fleas.

Take the cat & puppy to the vet, they've drugs with a view to make sure that any flea that bites them dies, and as a way to hold killing fleas for the following month or so. Make certain you inform them what variety of flea killer you used! Some of them can engage badly with different drugs. Then pass to a buddy's condominium or a lodge that accepts pets (carry the cat & puppy too) and flea-bomb the condominium. Make certain that any fish, birds or different pets you will have come too - flea-bombs are poisonous matters! Stay out for twenty-four hours, then pass in and blank just like the dickens - wash each bit of fabric, adding their beds if they've them, vacuum the entire rugs, carpets and fabric (your mattress too - and difference the linens!) and wash the entire dishes. And, of path, take a well scorching bathe or tub your self. Good good fortune!

No. Fleas never get "big," they're all the same tiny size and they don't have wings, and never grow wings, so they can't fly...they just hop/jump around.

fleas do not have wings and fly. They jump. You probably have fruit flies or some other flying insect in your house

If you have what you describe, they are not fleas! Fleas jumps from one host to another, they do not fly and they never get very big!

Fleas don't fly; they jump. They're like small hump-back beatles... but they breed quickly and infest your home in matter of days.

Fleas jump, not fly. You are seeing something else, probably fruit flies..
