I'm 5'9 and my weight fluctuates between 135-140lbs(which sucks!!), I have good muscle tone but would like to get my stomach a little flatter and my waist smaller. i'm going to do a long term thing soon, but right now i need to lose it quick!!! Anyone have any good tips or tricks?

dont believe the eat less lose more rumors. Eat 5-6 small meals a day and exercise you will see results. Try eating 1 cup of cottage cheese and an apple for breakfast, then maybe a bagel and peanut butter for midday snack, tuna fish sandwich for lunch, protein shake or slim fast mid after noon, grilled fish and carrots for dinner, then another protein shake in the evening to curve that sweet tooth. During the day when you are fighting that beast inside that wants to eat, drink water...drink your body weight in water.(200 lbs = 200 oz)Be sure to keep these portions smaller than your fist, and don't eat 2 hours prior to bed. Then you need to exercise at least 20 mins a day 5 days a week

Also, fasting with out meals will gradual down your metabolism and your frame may not burn fats as speedily or without problems. Try consuming fitter meals. If it is a form predicament, then attempt to tone up so you can appear thinner however weigh the identical. I'm coming into modeling too and I'm simply an inch or so taller than you however i weigh 10 kilos greater than you.

That would never happen but heres a secret you don't have to eat less just to lose wait or go on any diets heres a secret just eat 3 meals a day and exercise more by two weeks you can lose 5 pounds .

Hello... I've done that too before. I ate 3 meals (very small portion of carbs) a day drank a lot of water, but walk/run 3 miles those 5 days... becareful though okay?
