I've asked and everyone says the best way to find a birthmother is by word or mouth, so here it is.My parents are trying to find a birthmother and go through an open adoption.they've have had our homestudy done and filled all the paperwork out and had the medical exames, all we need is a birthmother.They adopted me 13 years ago and are really trying to adopt again.They are willing to answer any questions anyone might have.If you know someone please have them email me at wvcountrygirl_1993@yahoo.com.

To some of you that dont know you dont have to go through an agency.You can adopt with just a lawyer, the birthparents and adoptive parents.Thats what they're trying to do.They can afford to raise another child, but cant pay $10,000-$25,000 up front to adopt.

When my parents adopted me my birthmother lived with my family before I was born.They want the mother to be apart of the baby's life, if she wants too.It was no sercert to me that I was adopted and my biomom lives 10 hrs away but I still see her sometimes and thats the way it would be if they adopted another baby.

That is really sweet that you're doing this for your parents, but I think that they have to go through an agency.

Have they considered adopting from another country? They need to go directly to the appropriate channels. Sounds like you want to buy out a birth mother and maybe sell the baby to somebody else. Really, who wants to see the birth mother ???

i WOULDNT BE ON HERE ASKING ABOUT THAT. i DONT THINK ANYONE WOULD ACTUALLY PUT THEIR CHILD UP FOR ADOPTION OVER yAHOO aNSWERS. iF THEY DO THEN THEY ARE JUST AS IRRESPONSIBLE AS THE PERSON ASKING THE QUESTION AND DONT DESERVE A CHILD!!!
