My (legally) parked car was sideswiped by another driver last night.

Although the cheeky offender drove off without leaving their details, a passer by apparently witnessed the event and left me a note with the other vehicle's number plate.

According to the witness, the other vehicle's number plate was allegedly "DC 87xx" (last couple of digits withheld to protect privacy). The Police tell me that, where I live in the ACT, DC number plates belong to diplomatic vehicles.

According to the DFAT website, the 1st 2 digits after the "DC" prefix (in my case the numbers "87") indicate the Embassy which the car belongs to.

So, to cut a long story short, my question is this: In Australia, which Embassy does the number plate "DC 87xx" belong to?

THANKS

Usually slower than everyone else, in the r/h lane. My car has 80,000 miles, and still has the original brakes, because I get off the go pedal and start slowing well in advance of a red light.

Some people get mad and RACE around me, accelerating wide open throttle toward that red light, and slam on the brakes at the last second. Then I slowly pull up next to them and smile.
