Hi there, if you like him and he doesn't want to add you to his "I slept with her" belt, then ask him out. Or if you are too shy, present the dance and leave it open for him to ask you out. If you both like each other, don't let this time slip away when both of you are tooooo scared to act on your feelings. Race and age really don't matter. Neither does public opinion. All that matters is how well do you two interact and what you mean to each other as well as make sure he doesn't turn into a loser like a lot of men do later in the relationship.

Go for it. It doesn't matter if he's black and if he's not cute, if he's nice, funny, and friendly then you're lucky you found a guy like that. I think you should ask him to the dance, and if he says no atleast you won't have to worry about what he might have said.

If you want to go to the dance with him, go! Color of skin doesn't matter for a school dance. If your talking about getting married, there are allot of things to consider, but I know several mixed race marriages and they are quite happy. I would caution you about the sticker. Is he wanting more than a few dances on the floor? Set your boundaries clearly and stick to them. You deserve a good time at the dance, AND THAT IS ALL!!!!!

I think you should ask him. From what it sounds like, it sounds like he is in to you and would say 'yes' if you asked him to the dance. Make sure you ask him as soon as possible though considering the dance is on friday and he might have to get an outfit ready.

why did you say anything about race?? is that a prob for you? if you like someone and want to go to a dance with them, ask. race shouldn't matter. and looks really don't either. there are a lot of comedians who, ordinarily i wouldn't think they were cute... but a guy who can make you laugh... thats really sexy!! in the end, we all lose our teeth, control of our bladders and our memory... but if your with someone who's funny... you can enjoy it all together.
