America now gives Mexico $42 million a year in Foreign Aid. The Senate is discussing raising that Foreign Aid to 62 million dollars a year. The Mexican government doesn't use that money to help its people but rather making the Mexican politicians richer.
Unless America went in and changed the government of Mexico nothing will change, which that action would be considered War by Mexico.
To do anything less would just use the American Taxpayers money in waste on an unappreciative insincere country. It would be a useless or profitless activity, using or expending or consuming thoughtlessly, carelessly and mindless dissipation of natural resources. Just like we are doing in Iraq.
America is importing illegal aliens that are 3rd world peasants, poor, uneducated. A lot of them are from countries that are Communist, Socialist, Fascist and ran by Dictatorships.

They can easily be swayed into to following Terrorist Organizations. These weak-minded individuals will follow anyone who supports them and tells them what they want to hear. Especially, if the terrorist organizations support illegal aliens with money to succeed for their cause.

if you look at the DFID website, you can see exactly how much they spend on foreign aid, to whom it goes to, and what exactly it is spent on. Then you can decide if you think it is worthwhile or not. Secondly, a large amount of aid given is politically motivated - to countries that may subsequently be well disposed to the UK in the future: India and Nigeria for example. Finally, as has already been pointed out, foreign aid makes up a tiny percentage of the total UK budget. If the amount spent on aid would sort out all of the UK's problems, then I'd be willing for that to happen, but we all know that's not the case. Not replacing Trident would be a bigger money spinner perhaps?

We can not really make them do anything. As for aid, everytime we give them more aid they are always going to ask for more yet, and no its not going to ever get to the poor. Yes Mexico always does seem to have its hand out, first the aid we send, but the aid is not getting to the poor. Next is all the money being sent back by the Mexicans here. Then there is the drug money. So see Mexico just keeps raking it in.

You ask & explain this as though Mexico is unique somehow from other countries. It's the same thing in Africa, Middle East and other Latin American countries ... and right here in the US. Fattening up the politicians and NGOs is nothing new and definitely not isolated to Mexico.
The answer to your question though is simply corruption and selfishness. It's why it happens abroad and why it happens int he US.
... Before you're too critical of the immigrants, remember the US was created by them. Most of them simple farmers struggling to support their families in other countries that did not tolerate them. It's a normal response for the oppressed to look for greener pastures, and that would include the US.

Mexico is one of the most corrupted countries in the world. Their is such a gap between the poor and rich..We need to go there and get the OIL from them! We need to STOP going to Mexico and spending our tourist dollars..

Um, why don't you just mind your own business? Mexico does help there country in fact they pay for some kids tuition for school and also pay for their glasses if they need them even adults.

because the mexican government is corrupt and their biggest income is illegals entering the US and sending money back to mexico
