The Bible is the historical proof. It's contents are older that any other books. Also the recently discovered the so called Judas Gospel. A narration written in old Hebrew about Yahshua Messiah and His (Judas) role during that time. Giving support that Yahshua Messiah indeed existed during that time.

What a clever ruse was created that 2000 years after His birth that He is still the most important figure that never existed. Three of the major religions Hebrew, Christianity and Muslim all speak of His existence. Two of them, just do not say that He is their savior. The whole calendar system has been accepted to drop numerically before His birth and climb numerically upon His birth. The Holy bible is interpreted in almost as many languages as there are diverse languages. No other person has been written about in so many books. No other individual is the topic of more debates. No other individual has inspired more rulers throughout history. Spreading Christianity was the goal of the pilgrims who settled in “the new world". America. Yet, because a couple hundred people in the last 400 years were the only ones intelligent enough to recognize that He never existed is all the proof that the rest of us ignoramuses need to agree with them. What further proof do 75% (those who are worshipers) of the world population need. You have me convinced.

First I would just like you to go to this site that I recently heard of...
http://www.whywontgodhealamputees.com
This man makes excellent points and is very real and frank with what he has to say. Watch all the videos!!!
I recently did a question on here about the Bible; whether or not it was true, whether or not it was altered, ect. I specifically asked people to not get rude and emotional which of course 85% did. Some people calling themselves Christians give others a bad name to say the least lol.

As for the shroud, The Vatican won't let scientists test the center of it. They were allowed to take small pieces from the outside which were found to be dated to the time of Leonardo Divinci, whose brush strokes were sometimes said to be "invisible". So that is a theory behind the shroud that Christians hold so dear, since the Vatican is scared that if it is disproved, they'd lose all the money coming in from all the followers they have, they won't let it be tested any further.
For everyone spitting out names like George Washington and Socretes, saying we don't have proof that they exsisted, WE DO! It's called ACTUAL HISTORICAL PROOF. George Washington was involved in a WAR that obviouslly took place or America probably wouldn't be America right now, hence the term FOUNDING FATHER. Socrates even though he never wrote anything(Plato wrote about Socrates), we have records of his jail time and escape, along with numerous complaints made to the town about him because he was so argumentative. And BOTH of them have BUSTS or PAINTINGS made of them during the time they were alive. As for the Holocuast, we have pictures of the aftermath and people still alive that went through it. Don't you dare insult the millions of people that lost thier lives during that horrible time in history by saying it never happened.
What we, as intelligent human beings, need to realize is that The Bible is not entirely true; that is has been altered and exagerated. The Romans USED the Bible as a TOOL to MOLD its society the way THEY wanted it to (apperntly Ancient Rome didn't like Gays or Women). The poor people of that day only knew what they were told, now we have so many resources at our finger tips and we still want to cling to something so obviouslly tampered with and poorly translated... why? What is it that is holding you back? Can you not decide for yourself what being a good person means? I hope eventually you will find out and stop walking on egg shells your whole life. Life is too short to live it in a state of paranoia.

Hello Jett.. :)
The Writings of Flavius Josephus
In Rome, in the year 93 AD, the Roman historian Flavius Josephus published his extensive history of the Jews. In discussing the period in which the Jews of Judaea were governed by the Roman procurator Pontius Pilate, writings attributed to Josephus include this revealing account that points not only to Jesus of Nazareth having lived, but that He was the Messiah, and rose from the dead:
" About this time there lived Jesus, a wise man, if indeed one ought to call him a man. For he was one who performed surprising deeds and was a teacher of such people as accept the truth gladly. He won over many Jews and many of the Greeks. He was the Messiah. And when, upon the accusation of the principal men among us, Pilate had condemned him to a cross, those who had first come to love him did not cease. He appeared to them spending a third day restored to life, for the prophets of God had foretold these things and a thousand other marvels about him. And the tribe of the Christians, so called after him, has still to this day not disappeared. " - Jewish Antiquities, 18.3.3 63 (Based on the translation of Louis H. Feldman, The Loeb Classical Library.)
The account by Josephus of the death of James, brother of Jesus, widely accepted even amongst the most independently minded scholars, is confirmation that Jesus existed as a historical figure:
" The younger Ananus, who had been appointed to the high priesthood, was rash in his temper and unusually daring. He followed the school of the Sadducees, who are indeed more heartless than any of the other Jews, as I have already explained, when they sit in judgment. Possessed of such a character, Ananus thought that he had a favorable opportunity because Festus was dead and Albinas was still on the way. And so he convened the judges of the Sanhedrin, and brought before them the brother of Jesus, the one called Christ, whose name was James, and certain others, and accusing them of having transgressed the law delivered them up to be stoned. " (Jewish Antiquities 20:29 Louis Feldman translation)
In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

Actually, there is proof that Jesus existed. And no, it's not some shroud.
I don't remember the exact reference, but a letter was found that dates back to the time of his death that simply states something like "a man named Jesus was crucified". I'm seriously not making that up.
If you ask a professior of theolgy they might have the exact reference.
And I'm an Atheist.

everyone has a right to believe in his/her own religion Christians, and Catholics believe that Jesus the son of God had once lived, died and risen from the dead to make come true what the prophets had said. believing in something is having faith. just because someone believes in Jesus doesn't mean they put themselves above everyone else. everyone believes what he/she chooses u can not tell some one Jesus doesnt exist just because there is said to be no phisical proof or because you dont believe.

the super situation with this occasion is that there have been many adult men named Jesus in that biblical era. nevertheless it is not often stated it incredibly is reported contained in the hot testomony that the thief who replaced into released instead of Jesus of Nazareth replaced into totally named Jesus Barabbas. for this reason, something, checklist or stone, with in simple terms the call Jesus, can advise any of 1000's of those named Jesus. there have been probable others named Jesus of Nazareth and Jesus son of Joseph to boot. This the two condemns and saves the story of Jesus contained in the Bible and enables Christians to declare faith incredibly than actuality regulations their lives.

Beside the Bible containing Historical facts, even though it in itself is not a History Book, and Scientific facts, even though it in itself is not a Science Book, and was the foundation of which mans system of law was based on, even though it in itself is not a Law Book.
In its pages is Philosophical contents, even though it in itself is not a Philosophy Book, as well as Poems and Proverbs, even though it in itself is not a Poetry Book.
And lets not forget all the Biogarphical recorders it contains.
Have you tried looking at the History of the Roman Empire, and it's Caesars?
As is seen in Luke 3:1-2 - Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene,
Annas and Caiaphas being the high priests, the word of God came unto John the son of Zacharias in the wilderness.
These events of History is recorded in the Historical Books of Rome!
And they speak of the man name Jesus!
When it comes to the Bible I have come to discover it is God's Word to humanity, it is the truth, it is reliable, we can believe in it,
and it is trustworthy, in every word!
When you look at all the books there are in the world, the Bible,
stands alone, most certainly, as the most Unique Book there is!
For it is the only book of Humanity, that "dare's" to place its whole
credence upon the fact that it is able to tell in advance things that
are going to take place!
For no other religious book would dare to make predictions on the
future, and then base its veracity, its truth, its accuracy, or its
precision on those things happening!
And not just one prediction! But hundreds of predictions!
The great discovery of today is that this Book of 66 books, a type of library in itself, of which we call the Bible, was penned by forty
different men, over thousands of years.
We now see they are an integrated message system!
Other words we now discover that ever scripture, every name, and every detail of the text is there by careful engineering and design, transcending time itself!
I believe God's revelation of "Himself" to us in the Bible so unique,
from any other writings of mankind.
You might ask – Why do I believe this?
The one thing that is so exciting, interesting and unique about the Bible, is Prophecy!
Why? You might ask?
I have found that the Word of God is 100 % accurate concerning prophecy!
This no man can or could do!

The Bible says so, and that's good enough for me. It's a matter of faith, if you don't have faith, fine. But we know that the Bible is true, because some of the prophecies in there have been fulfilled. Historical events. You can't deny the destruction of Babylon, or that Israel never had kings. If you believe that stuff, why not believe all of it? But you do what you want to do.

you were born after the holocaust right? does that mean it never happened?
books about ww2 were written after 1950 does that mean they're fiction?
have you ever heard of the word manuscript?
mot one muslim alive today lived when Muhammad walked
the earth, but they believe his teachings.
and last but not least how do you preport to believe non-religious text if you obviously don't believe that jesus even existted?
if you wish to refute the bible, try reading it for all it's worth from stem to stern rather than saying it's not true
because to say so and then cut-n run makes all the sense in the world to you.
p.s God bless you anyway
