She probably got tired of waiting on you to do the asking! Maybe she wants you to ask her out for a change, something that is not HER idea (she is obviously single now, for a reason??),. If you like this girl make sure she knows, especially before she leaves for her new job.

Could she be afraid that you will approach her now that she is free? Or that you won't. Whichever it is, my best guess is that there are some intense feelings going on.

Your relationship seems stable, very rare in fact. Don't risk losing it now. Take these concerns to her.

Tell her how much she means to you (even I can't tell if you may be in love here). Tell her what kind of relationship you would like to have, how concerned you are re the recent turn.

Don't let her slip away here. Whatever is going on only she can say but it sounds like a thing worth saving, persueing, at least preserving.

Don't waste time here kiddo. Don't let her cool or escape. You may have a great thing going. I think too many people let good things slide out of fear of saying just a few simple words. And really, you have little to lose now if you say something since she has become so distant.

I guess I'm on this one because I stood in your shoes once. I let one get away. So, do it for me, then email me and let me live vicariously. Let me know that she fell into your arms and all is well. Somehow I think it may be.

You asked this a week ago, so I guess you are still confused. You still need to give her time and space. You can sit down with her and have a heart to heart talk with her and tell her how you feel. Ask her to tell you how she is feeling. She just broke up with him and will be on the rebound, so just be her friend and be there for her.

maybe she's just busy with having to move and all...i mean she could just be packing and stuff and is too tired to do anything...i mean she's probably not thinking much of anything but getting ready to leave...

since she is leaving she's probably distancing cause she knows that you guys won't be seeing each other anymore...so it won't be as hard to say goodbye to you when she leaves..

maybe you should go and talk to her about this...tell her, that its bothering you...i'm sure she doesn't even know that your upset about this..so instead of havign her friends ask her...you should do it..

ask her to go out on a dinner or something and talk to her...make it like it used to be with her..you just have to be forth coming about this..

ask her if she's nervous or scared about something? maybe she's thinking about your relationship and needs time by herself to do it..

so just talk to her.

Maybe she's hoping you'll put in some effort. Ask her out. Talk to her about it. Invite her out for coffee or something and ask her whats up...

Ask her gently if you have done anything to offend her. Then, just be there for her. Listen to her talk. Never be too busy for her. You might try asking her out.
