I don't see microwave instructions on the back of the Prego jar, but I was wondering if anyone's ever done it, and if so, what settings?

just put in a container with a lid or cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, stir a couple times. If it's not hot heat another minute or so. you only need to heat it.

Prego is already processed and made. Just transfer it to a microwave safe dish and then heat it up as you would any other sauce-Be sure to cover to avoid splatter.

Of course. Just put it in a bowl with a loose lid, zap it for a minute or two, stir, check the temp, and nuke as much more as needed. It won't ruin the sauce or anything.
