I have a lot of dizziness, my right ear was making a popping sound for a few days there (it has since stopped), and I feel like my ears are a little plugged. But no pain.

Is it an ear infection?

It could be. Pain doesn't always present itself with ear infections. Because of the dizziness, it's most likely an "inner ear " infection. Sometimes it's viral other times it's bacterial. Give it a a week and if it doesn't pass, it's most likely bacterial, therefore, visit your doctor. He/she can prescribe the proper antibiotics required.
