You won't do anything with 10 lb's, but plenty of push-ups will work just fine 3 to 5 sets a couple of times a day....

Yea, heavier weights is what you'll need as you'll quickly outgrow 10 lbs, even doing curls.

Bicep curls and push ups, push ups are my favourite tho.
