That's something I just wouldn't recommend. It won't endear you to him and it may even push him totally away.
Guys have feelings too you know and making him jealous will only wear him out. Nobody wants to have to work that hard to earn the affections of someone who wants to push another person in their face.
And then there's the feelings of the guy you use to make him sweat...
Please think twice and consider how you'd like to be treated in return.

#1 A person that is jealous has a low self esteem. That takes years of false thinking of themself
#2 A person wishing to create jealousy wil not only be alone, but is manipulative and can't be trusted, they are players of the most dreadful kind. This type of person also suffers from extreme low self esteem
Don't do it.
