You know, a chicken in a duck in a turkey. I want one for Christmas dinner but all the deboning and the hours of prep seem too much.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Any real butcher (not someone who just works behind a meat counter in a supermarket) should be able to do one for you. In North London, one shouldn't be too difficult to find.

Waitrose on Holloway Road at a guess, otherwise, try a good butcher, there's some in Highbury and one on Essex Road called Elliot's

A what?

Why would you want to? - intent on others finding you pretentious this Christmas?...

...or have you just arrived on the planet and don't understand that serving "turkducken" is THEIR way of KNOWING you've just arrived on the planet...?

'We' serve "turkey with all the trimmings" ;0]
