I think she is dying!
Just vomiting, green now, gave a little honey.........water.....thats all................

don't give her anything else. Look in the phone book for an emergency veterinarian and take her there. Vomiting is not normal. Dogs will eat to fast and then yack it back up, but that is not the same as vomiting bile, which sounds like what may be going on. She is very very ill and needs to see a vet today. Don't wait for monday. It may be too late by then. She could have swallowed a foreign object such as a small toy, a sock, any number of things. I have seen a dog eat a pair of ladies underwear, a master lock, a red rubber ball, rocks, barbies, kid socks, etc... get it checked out TODAY!!!! Please do not wait. Good luck. Post again and let us know how she did at the vet.

I can't believe some of the questions on this site! For goodness sakes take the poor dog to the vet ASAP! It's spitting up bial and some kind of infections going on inside. Be safe and not sorry. Good luck.

Sounds like she may have swallowed something and now has an obstruction, get to a vet for xrays asap. She will probably need surgury to remove the object. The longer you wait the more chance that it will puncture intestines or pancreas.
