The last Ice age started with a single snowflake.....I live in Upstate NY...I saw a single snowflake a few weeks ago and they keep comming.....yesterday it was 10 degres outside at 7AM...I think the next Ice age has started...At lease here it has.

Nobody knows. The causes of previous ice ages are controversial, and until better theories and models are available, the question must remain open.

It could be soon, but not soon enough for me. I live in Texas near Dallas and we just broke the cold temp. of 22 which was from 100 years ago with a 19.

Who knows. The latest view is that climate shift can be very sudden, just a few years or decades.
