Identical twins are an egg that splits, therefore creating two lives. Fraternal twins is two different eggs fertilized by two different sperm. That is why those two boys look so different. If they both had the blond hair then maybe. Fraternal twins don't have to be different sexes. And fraternal twins happens more often then identical twins does. Hope I helped.

they look just as much a like as my 2 and 4 year old, they have different hair color, they look alike but not identical, I would think they are fraternal, but there are tests they can do to determine that. And the head lines do say twin BOYS sitting in bath tub, so it is two boys...
