I'm pretty sure you mean the Bible Belt. That would be the south united states, starting with Texas (north Texas is considered the "buckle") and includes Georgia, Florida, all that area. Pretty fundamental area, lots of Baptists, Pentecostals, that type of religious majority.

Sounds like serious good advice.
The Bible Belt is an interesting swath of America, heavily religious.
The mental in fundamental is there is no fun - all fun is usually a sin.
No dancing, rock-n-roll, etc. type "thinking" came from here.

Isn't that where the holy hand grenades are kept?

Edit: So I go to Google (or The Holy Google) and find that "the Holy Belt of Thotokos" is some relic of the Greek Orthodox church. It seems to have belonged to the Virgin Mary.

How "long" did you wonder that?

BELT OF TRUTH

:14a Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth.... To gird your waist means to move out of a comfortable or relaxed position and to prepare for confrontation. Most people don’t like confrontation, and we generally tend to get knots or butterflies in our stomach when we find ourselves going into this sort of situation. It is a normal, healthy reaction. To gird our waist with truth simply means that as we prepare to confront the enemy each day, in whatever form that may be, we should be prepared with the truth as it is in Scripture, and/or, more importantly, revealed by the Holy Spirit. As we spend time with Jesus each day, He prepares us for the day ahead, and this is an imperative part of being ready, or "girded".

Armour fo God, hope that helps!

I think you mean the Bible Belt. It's the southeast states of the US (excluding Miami) where religious people run everything.
