Hi Errn - well, not an easy question as there have been so many, but let me take a general approach. The most memorable part of Thailand has to be the people themselves. They are smart, funny, light-hearted, engaging, friendly and relaxed. I live here now and there always seems to be an adventure outside my door. I have learned the language and that helps tremendously. I love that wherever I go, there are smiles - how nice to live in such a pleasant place..

Yes. I've been to Thailand three times. Going again Dec. 21. I love the food, shopping, the beach. Hate the hot weather, the smog, the mosquitoes!

My most memorable experience is spending a week in Bangkok - October 2006 with my close friend who has muscular dystrophy - to see that he finally get to see my birthplace and experience exotic culture before he is too weak to travel.

The next best memorable experience is when I rubbed the tummy of a tiger at the Tiger Temple at Kanchanaburi.

I have been in Thailand several times and has been married with a Thai 2 years by now.

After I got married and learned about my wife's family I love Thailand even more.

Many tourists think the know a lot about Thailand - but Thailand is not only 4 or 5 stars hotels and room service.

The nature is wonderful and I believe the beaches is among the best in the world.

This summer we visited my wife's family again, and went north to go visit her fathers family.

The warm welcome was amazing - and they had never seen us before!

An old lady - more than 75 years of age, showed us her skills making a silk scarf - She used about 2 month to make such a scarf.

We also saw how the rice farmers worked on their land - poor people but everybody with a smile on their face.

Amazing Thailand :-)

HAS ANYONE BEEN TO THAILAND?

YES, more than 5 million of them every year. We thank all the tourists who visit our country. Please come too! Thailand welcomes you.

Remember, you've never been to Bangkok if you haven't seen the Grand Palace with your own eyes. Sawasdee khrap.
