Of course they are. Only an ignorant fool would believe otherwise.

Yes. All human beings may not have equal opportunities, but all human beings are of equal 'worth', and all human beings have equal rights. No human being is born 'better' or 'worse' than any other, but they may be born in different circumstances or with different personalities that make it capable for some to do things that others can't. This doesn't mean however that anyone is more valuable or less valuable than any other, and each human life is as sacred as another, even if that person is guilty of terrible crimes.

No, as a matter of fact, they are not. Some are born to privilege, some to poverty, some will be brilliant scholars, some will just get by in school. Each person is a combination of talent, experience and situation. Even though some will behave as if situation somehow is proof of their superiority.
However, the concept of all persons being created equal, as stated in the American Declaration of Independence, refers to the rights to which people are entitled. As stated in the Declaration these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
This does beg the question, why, in a country that prides itself on the respect of human rights, civil rights and those contained in its Bill of Rights, the United States would deny any of these rights to persons in either civil or military detainment. How can the United States deny rights, basic to the American view of justice, to anyone, even if that person is not a citizen of the United States? If we are to live up to our best aspirations, as stated in documents like the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, don't be have to apply the same justice, the same rights to everyone? To do less is to lower our standards and become like governments we condemn.

No. Equality is a stupid concept. Nature favors the 'fringe', where changes are constantly made.
Equality is only a benefit if you intend to run something through a processing machine, such as a Public School or a potato digger.
Diversity is what allows a species to adapt over the long term. Conformity and ritual is Death.

In the most important respects, yes. Different people are born with different capacities, but each of us is a sovereign being with a wholly unique consciousness. There are obviously differences in intelligence and the like, but abilities of that sort are essentially secondary characteristics that do not define our humanity. It basically comes down to something so obvious as to be trite: Every human life, in the most fundamental ways, is of equal value, and each is utterly irreplaceable. I think that the only people who are at risk of abdicating their own humanity are those failing to recognize this.

All human beings are created in God's image. All human beings should be treated with respect and all human being are deserving of our love and care.
If by "equal" you mean we all have equal amounts of money, or equal health, or equal rights to heaven then the answer is "no".

We should all be under the law. But not in a sense that we are all equally capable of performing tasks. For instance, who would want Rosie O'Donnell for president? John Dean for your banker, George Bush for your brain surgeon, or Britteny Spears for your mother?

our premise that all men were created equal, is in the creation, the rest depend on the state we were born into , some were rich and others poor, some have a better education, and other do not have any, what we do with what we have is what makes us different.
